Military Send Off Ceremony

Today I was asked to photograph a Military Send Off Ceremony. Honestly I don't have the words to describe it. It was touching, sad, beautiful, sobering....I could go on. Watching these brave men and women getting ready to leave their families to protect all of ours. Thank you! All of you!!
So I'm sure you noticed the bears :) They have a special significance, each bear has a 20 min recorder inside allowing soldiers to tell stories and leave special notes for their children. A man named Steven Cotcher came up with these cute, little bears. He happened to be a soldier-daddy, who was sent away, leaving his wife and baby at home. When he came back his baby didn't even know him. How sad! He is now head of an organization called My Huggy, that donates bears to other soldier-daddy's. What an awesome gift!

Anyway, I hope you have enjoyed these images. You are more than welcome to print these images for your own private use. If you do print them please leave the border on and do not edit them. They can be printed in a 4x6 format and only on home printers. Thank you so much!
